HYBRID VALVES have the advantages of both plastic and metal. These fluoropolymer lined composite valves have the chemical resistance and toughness of plastic along with the strength of metal. Internal steel elevates the valve pressure/temperature ratings above those of solid plastic valves. Valve linings are moulded PFA or PVDF. PFA resists almost all chemicals. PVDF has high abrasion resistance and resists permeation, important to many process applications.
Can replace other valves in-line - Standard “L” face-to-face dimensions are the same as other valves. The diaphragm valve "L" dimensions match Asahi
Easy to actuate - Valve top flanges and shaft dimensions are to ISO 5211 dimensions.
Maintenance is eliminated - There are no old-fashioned external adjustments. Seals are all self-adjusting. Diaphragm valve has a unique diaphragm design which eliminates the need to re-torque body bolts.
