SIB-2 Beadless Butt Fusion Welders
The SIB-2 is a semi-automatic welding machine for the beadless welding of pipes and fittings from OD 25mm to OD 63mm (3/4” to 2”) PP and PVDF in the workshop or in the field.
The device is composed of the welding machine with touchscreen keypad and display, protective carrying case, detachable weld heads, as well as compressed air, cooling and power supply cables. Welding data entry is done by keypad entry of the material and size being welded. The welding data is stored in the internal memory and can be downloaded to a PC, with built-in printer for weld ID. The SIB-2 comes in its own wheeled transport case, while the weld heads, tools and accessories are in a second transport case.
